Concept of Development for Khekhtsir Ski Resort
A special feature of the object is its location next to the Bolshekhehtsirsky Nature Reserve, which required the use of design solutions to maximize the preservation of the existing topography and forest plantings. The main form of transportation is cableways and ropeways. The design objects are located in the zone of existing human economic activity, while sports facilities make maximum use of the existing established terrain.
Remodelling and Refurbishment of PJSC Sberbank’s Bank Office
The team at New Project has successfully finished over 80 projects for Sberbank across the Far East region. The primary objective of the renovation of the bank's office at 29 Shevchuka St. was to introduce a novel branch format for Sberbank. This new format aimed to offer not only banking services to individuals but also provide a convenient and welcoming space for corporate customers within the corporation's ecosystem and its affiliates. In the spatial organization concept, in addition to the traditional banking service area, other features were incorporated such as Sberlogistics, Eapteca, gadget sales, the "Okko" phone network, and various relaxation zones. Presently, visitors to Sber's office can send or receive parcels, enjoy a cup of coffee, charge their phone, or work on their laptop. For the bank's design, we integrated contemporary materials and innovative technologies to align with global standards for creating an eco-friendly environment. Simultaneously, we aimed to maintain a balanced space without deviating from the brand's visual identity.

Residential Complex in Nevelsk
The team at New Project designed a concept of development for a housing complex in the port city of Nevelsk, situated along the shores of the Tatar Strait in the Sea of Japan. concept entails positioning five-story buildings in the city's coastal region, embraced by natural scenery. The distinctive feature of the project site is its high seismic activity rating of 9, which was considered in the project's development process.
Redevelopment of the bank office and replacement of all engineering systems of Sberbank PJSC
The team at New Project has successfully finished over 80 projects for Sberbank across the Far East region. We have developed a bank redevelopment project with an area of 486 sq.m. and furnishing the office in a single updated style, with a complete replacement of all engineering systems. Functional zoning is carried out taking into account all technological processes and creates convenience both when visiting this facility and when working on the territory of the bank. A replacement with a ventilated facade made of porcelain stoneware was also provided, and new signs were installed. In this project, it was important to obtain approval from the Vladivostok City Administration, since the building is located on one of the main streets of the city. Cultural Center in the Village of Tyrma
The project, initiated in 2020 under the national "Culture" project, posed unique challenges due to the village's setting in the Verkhnebureinsky district of Khabarovsk Krai. This location required the use of rail-deliverable materials, with constraints on size and weight.
Capital Repair of the Lenin Stadium
Capital Repair of the Lenin Stadium Lenin Stadium stands out as a key sports complex in the region, serving as a focal point for various sporting events and public gatherings throughout the year. Furthermore, it serves as the home ground for FC SKA-Khabarovsk. Within the project scope, a plan was devised and executed to upgrade the soccer field surface and heating system. Additionally, the initiative addressed drainage issues during heavy rainfall through the installation of a new drainage system and a pumping station.

The "New Project" team undertook the development of a thorough project encompassing the major renovation of the building, engineering systems, and landscaping of the boarding school. This project involved a detailed examination of the building and an assessment of the surrounding area, leading to the presentation and execution of further works. The project faced complexity when the survey revealed foundation and floor slab deformations caused by prior flooding of the site. In addition to the building's renovation and site enhancement, the project also tackled drainage and stormwater management for the structure.
Youth Square With Patriot Park Development
The park development concept for Chegdomyn was crafted as a component of the strategic plan for socio-economic advancement in the area until 2030. Situated adjacent to the Regional House of Culture along Central Street, the park zone holds a significant position in the city's layout and public spaces configuration. Being the largest territory within the city's administrative core, it serves as the traditional venue for various cultural celebrations. An initial engineering study conducted by "New Project" revealed the park zone as a highly frequented destination for both locals and tourists, warranting immediate enhancement. The project aims not only to introduce new functionalities to the square and establish a unique stylistic identity but also to invigorate the essence of the industrious village center. The urban landscaping initiative will rejuvenate the area, offering a fresh perspective on the space.
